Southsea Motor Club is based in the Portsmouth area with members from all across southern Hampshire and beyond.

Our members are active in many different disciplines of motorsport such as rallying, trials, autotests, sprints, hillclimbs and autocross ranging from club level right up to international status events - not only as competitors, but as marshals and officials too.

We are a busy and active club with plenty going on for our members. So whether you are interested in competing, organising or marshalling on events we've got something to offer you. As well as motor sport events we also run social events throughout the year.

We meet on the 1st Monday (except Bank Holidays) each month from 8.30pm at the White Lion public house in Soberton off the A32. (Click here for map)

Towncross Engineering South Downs Stages
Saturday 6th February 2010

Regs are out and we are now taking entries for the 2010 South Downs Stages. Full details on the event's website southdownsstages.co.uk.

The February Freezer Rally
Wednesday 10th February

Signing on from 7.30pm for an 8.00pm start at Winchester Hill car park (ref 185 / 646 214.5 ).

OS Maps 185 required, finish is White Lion Soberton, route is about 60miles long with a couple of short sections of white.

The navigation will be simple for novices and experts alike.

The route should be a challenge at that time of year and will provide a nice easy start to the 2010 championship.

If anyone wants a marked map then let me know before hand.
